FINALLY DONE! I just hung them up, and I’m so proud! They look exactly like I pictured!
On to the next project!
So this happened.
Honestly, I’m really proud of them. I put a lot of time and hard work into this, and I think they’re beautiful. Tomorrow, when I go home, I’m going to ask Mom to show me how to make picture frames, and I’m going to hang them up on my wall. (They’re kind of an odd size, so I’ll either have to get them custom framed or make my own.)
To cheer me up, because it has legitimately been a lousy, lousy day, despite my efforts at positive thinking, I present 1/2 of my Hogwarts crests. Gryffindor on the left, Hufflepuff on the right, starting Ravenclaw as soon as I can get a hard copy of the pattern.

OKAY, SO
the griffin shield project is about as done as it’s going to be until August (BOO HISS), but I really want to start a new shield. So I worked my limited design magic, and came up with this:
(I would have done Ravenclaw, but I don’t have the right kind of eagle. Yet.) Is this Gryffindor-y enough?
